Alyssum has a talent for artwork unlike anyone in the clan. Despite being so outgoing, a majority of her time actually is spent alone or with her mate, painting away. She switches mediums, methods, and styles frequently and enthusiastically, and has a constant driving force for her work.

She is incredibly outgoing, well known for befriending even the most shy individuals. It's not necessarily that she has a lot of personal charm, so much as she tries time and time again to get a close friendship between anyone she sets her eyes on. She's on good terms with nearly everyone in the clan, if not close to them. Even Aer can't really dislike her, no matter how annoying she finds her.

Her own area of the lair is used more as a party space than it is a home, as she much prefers to curl up with her mate, Lobelia, in the library after a long day of drawing.

She is the mate of Lobelia and bisexual. Although Lobelia was initially just a tough cookie for her , Lobelia's uniqueness and kindness soon made Alyssum extremely fond of the girl. They work together well, despite all of their differences.
