Eclypse is currently head of all that is nature-oriented within her clan. regular tasks include: tending to gardens, gathering, territory care and rehabilitation, population/biodiversity monitoring of flora and fauna, and the like. she finds peace in grasses and trees and heady dirt, and has no regrets leaving behind the demanding tasks of clan politics.

Eclypse also works closely with Lilith in healthcare operations, particularly those with non-dragon subjects. Eclypse learned much of what she knows about healing practices from the healers of the Roaan-- Hembe and Nalanch. She's since taught herself to integrate her with natural/spiritual abilities into these practices in order to heal more efficiently and less painfully. when Lilith joined the clan, she gave Eclypse some of her more "impromptu" knowledge in healing from her past experiences, and Eclypse, in turn, taught Lilith what knowledge the Centaurs had given her.

others have noticed that Aceraceae's territory feels much more peaceful than other territories, and clanmates often feel more emotionally balanced when they're around Eclypse. while Eclypse gets rather flustered when this is brought up, she's revealed that she's rather sensitive to spiritual energy, and actively works to keep the spiritual/emotional energy of her territory and fellow clanmates stable and balanced. thus, she has mental maps of both her clan's physical territory and spiritual territory, and often trails along the ley lines of energy that criss-cross the land.

knowing this sensitivity Eclypse has to spiritual energy, her personal mode of communication makes much more sense-- she directly reads the emotions and intents of others through their spiritual energy, then projects her own emotions onto others, as well as visual imagery to specify her own intents. this is generally rather unnerving to others when they first meet Eclypse, having images and emotions suddenly flash in their mind. despite Eclypse's best efforts to make this communication as gentle as possible, it's still scared a few off from her. in these cases, Eclypse uses written language and charade-like gesturing and body language to get her point across, as she has no capacity for vocal speech. she uses this same spiritual communication with other non-draconic creatures, which helps a great deal in her medical care as she can soothe their emotions while she heals any physical injuries.

reserved and timid, Eclypse avoids conflict at all costs, often to a detriment. while she may be quite introverted, even downright shy, she still attempts to be friendly and warm when confronted. though, Eclypse is only truly close to a select few.

Eclypse is most often found out and about in Roaan/Aceraceae territory, either studying and cataloging plant and animal species, or simply lounging, lost in her own thoughts and enjoying the natural energy around her (and helping stabilize such energy while she's at it~). though, she will admit, she tends to favor Roaan territory, and spends a great amount of time with her Centaur family (particularly her brother/best friend, Malcattchi, and her healer teachers, Hembe and Nalanch). Felly and Lilith sometimes join her, though they respect that sometimes she just needs the company of her Roaan family.

((Eclypse is my FR dragonsona, lore and name based off of my general dragonsona, Eclypse. if I had thought to make her visually match non-FR Eclypse, she'd be midnight bar/teal eyespots/aqua okapi for sure

but I like how she is now, so I don't rly mind. lore-wise, non-FR Eclypse matches both Arcane/Nature and Faes/Sky Dancers RLYYYY well. I like to include those aspects in this Eclypse's lore a bit))
