Geraldine, like many other Snappers, was a wanderer, though unlike the others of the Ice Flight, she felt a certain attraction to the stars above she could not put into words. While others may let their choices depend on the weather or on the advice of others, Geraldine had always permitted the heavens above to determine her movements. She didn't think much of it, but when she met Titania and Ken she soon realized that the glittering lights above she followed for so long had been guiding her here. Since then, she became one of the most devout followers in the Clan, both in dedication to the well-being of their members and to her study.

Though she rarely practices her astronomical gifts for outsiders these days despite her rumored prowess, it's her fellow clan members that keep her busy: when she is not entertaining hatchlings with her stories of all the stars and constellations, she is consulting the adults. It's said that those in the Lair refuse to seek mates or try for eggs until they get the approval of Geraldine, though she often shakes these accusations off with a bright, loud laugh like chimes in the wind. Despite the fact that the clan leader's charge technically appears to be all those gifted with divine powers, Geraldine has entered into a deep bond with Ken and spends what little of her time that isn't taken up by the others with him.
