„Ah, a curious visitor graces our clan! Welcome, my friend, and I hope you will enjoy your stay. Oh, you wish to learn more about my Lord´s clan? Then take a seat, for I shall give answer to any question you might have~”

What is the clan´s history?

“Our clan was founded by Lord Kuja, a Fae of the arcane element. He sought out a place in this forlorn world that would allow an escape from the ever-present pain and sorrow and –when he found none such place after a long search- eventually created it himself. Back then fair Lady Loturias used to be the Matriarch, but she gave up that position due to personal reasons shortly after the clan had established itself. You will have to talk to her about further details, for I do not wish to delve too deep into the Lady´s private sphere. Our current Matriarch is Lady Shika, a Spiral of the wind element, who –just like Milord- cares deeply for our sake and well-being. The theme our clan chose is, as you might have already noticed, that of an eternal, magical masquerade during which pain shall forever be forgotten.”


Why the masks?

“To you, my friend, the masks might seem strange, yet to us they mean a lot. After all, you cannot be a proper part of a masquerade without the right formal attire, now can you? Being given a mask by our leaders is the highest honor a member of our clan can achieve as it means they are from that point on a valued, fully acknowledged part of the family.”


What about defense and fighters?

“We are blessed with several strong individuals ensuring safety and proudly representing the clan on the battlefield. The chief of our forces and highest guard, Master Sonata, coordinates everything regarding those aspects. But of course we shall not forget about all the other honorable dragons! So let me go a bit further into detail:
The oldest team of our clan consists of Lady Shika and her two guards Sir Bahamut and Lady Aria. They do however not often venture into the wild anymore. Only in rare cases will they set out to gather new information for the other teams that lack the experience to withstand the unexplored dangers of Sornieth.
Lord Kuja is the strongest mage and healer the clan has, but we are currently looking for a second dragon to be taught in those arts.
Our main fighting team consists of three Wildclaws: Master Sonata, Sir Symphony and Sir Senpai
A secondary team that helps with the training of the younger members consists of Lady Levana, Lady Layla and Lady Requiem.
Then there is Lord Bonnie, a fierce Ridgeback strong enough to take two unexperienced fighters under his wing and still win any battle in the dangerous woods of the Mire.
Recently, three of our newer members have proven themselves in competitive battles against other clans: Lady Wraith, Sir Goliath and Sir Kraken.


How is the clan´s financial standpoint?

“I am uncertain as to why you ask this question, my friend. If it is worry hiding in your voice, then let me assure you that the clan is doing very well regarding its riches. If however it is curiosity about the exact amount with a… maybe dishonorable thought in mind… have it known that my lips are tightly sealed.”


Do you have any allies?

“Why yes, of course! We are proud allies with the Darkblood Clan from the shadow flight, led by a Mirror named Shadowblood who is an old friend of Lord Kuja. Then there is the mysterious, unnamed clan of the wind flight we consider our friends. I am uncertain as to who exactly is in command of the group, but it seems a Pearlcatcher lady named Kaj has recently been the most representing member of the clan. There are a few more clans we are currently in contact with about allying, yet no decisions have come forth of it just yet. As for none-draconic allies, we have taken several Dunhoof apprentices under our wings to teach them in the elemental arts and old knowledge our kind carries.”


Can we be allies?

“I see no reason not to be, my friend. Although, to make it official, you might want to leave a message for Lord Kuja inquiring about the details. Especially if you are of the plague flight. Our Lord does not trust the kin of the Plaguemother easily.”


Why the distrust towards plague dragons?

“It is nothing personal, I can assure you. We just had some...unfortunate and tragic things occur in the past – things the leaders wished to distance themself from as far as possible. Is our leaders´ wariness towards the flight thus not understandable? By no mean am I trying to imply that plague dragons cannot become part of our clan, though! We do, in fact, have two members of the flight among us. Yes, it might have taken a while for them to prove themselves as trustworthy to our Lord, but in the end it all worked out.”
