This clan (sometimes known as "Clan Sea Slug") is composed of dragons deemed too much trouble by their respective deities. The Stormcatcher only abides by their habitation of this island as a social experiment, to see if ne'er-do-wells and scofflaws can be transformed into productive employees.
Overseeing this experiment is an entity named Sedge, who may or may not still be in the Stormcatcher's employ.
