The lair, though lush and green, holds many dark corners and overhangs. You feel as if many eyes are upon you though you see only three creatures before you.

The first a great golden Guardian who sits as still as stone. You cannot tell if he is alive, or just an ornament to please the eyes. He shifts just a fraction of an inch and you realize his eyes are on you.

The second is a tan female Guardian with blue and purple wings. She sits watching your every move as you survey your surroundings. Her bright green eyes are narrowed in suspicion.

The third is the human keeper of this lair. A woman with dark curly hair, and eyes narrowed exactly like the female Guardian. She wears a leather corset, heavy cloth skirts, and a necklace made of old skeleton keys. She grips a dagger in one hand, and rests the other on the shoulder of the tan Guardian.

"Enter with caution, Stranger. The eyes you feel upon you are numerous, and they are not all kind. Walk lightly and with respect in your intentions. If you do not you may find out exactly how ruthless my kin can be. You may find the inhabitants to be colorful and tempting, but rest assured each one would rip you apart on my command.

Should you comply and treat me and mine with respect and care you will find yourself with allies and friends, but if you tread recklessly and with disrespect you will be cast out forever.
