Dang, Scream was kind of rude. Politely asking isn’t forcing anyone to do anything. But I agree, the best option would be to name before exalting or selling!
JSYK, people don't get a notification for messages on your profile. And you still can't force people to name their own dragons. The best suggestion I can give you is name them before selling if it matters to you.

Sorry, once you sell a dragon, it is no longer yours. You can't force people not to exalt their own dragon. If you want to buy it back, I'll sell it to you, but everything I bought was for exalting.
