People talk about the "American Dream" like, oh, equality and picture perfect homes and families blah blah blah like??? no??? We don't have that unless you're wealthy??? As a matter of fact, a lot of other countries do the American Dream MUCH BETTER than America does! I mean, there's a reason Nordic people are stupidly tall, and it's cause of better healthcare and living. There are countries where the cost of living ISN'T larger than the average worker's salary. There are countries where you can get sick and actually go to the doctor without getting charged a ridiculous amount of money. There are countries where you can go to college and not be in debt for twenty years. There are countries where men and women can just wear what they want and like who they like without their prejudiced, overly religious, conservative neighbors screaming at them. There is a reason other countries mock America, and it's because America is genuinely awful.

TBH, I'm more disappointed in the fact this country makes you pay for college. Like??? I can't get a good job if I don't go to college, but I don't want to be in crippling debt either???

There is a simple solution, though. I'm just gonna move to another country. I want to like permanently live in Canada or Ireland, somewhere with equal rights, although a lot of European countries and several South American countries have a lot more equality and better healthcare/education than America.

I think I'll end up getting a student visa and go to Denmark or Finland, because I remember reading that those countries actually provide you money for housing whilst you're in college. That, plus free college, means I basically skip over the crippling debt entirely.

And let's be honest, it's cheaper to go to another country than it is to stay in America, and considering our government is freaking insane, America's a lost cause at this point.

All of my IRL friends are LITERALLY younger than me. I'm the oldest person in my friend group (they're all like 14 now and I'm over here at 15 big sigh)

Do you do Geometry in tenth grade or Algebra 2? I'm currently in Algebra 1, which I hate.

But hey, in my country if you get above a 60% on your grade you are technically passing the class, and I have a 70%, so I'm passing Alg1, which is the class most American kids fail so yeah

Me out here worried about if my grades are good enough for a college scholarship even though LITERALLY last year people were asking to copy off me because they were failing and I wasn't

Just uh... Be careful if you end up on the subreddit. Alex Casanas (creator of Monument Mythos, different Alex, not the same Alex asthe other guy) aka MisterManticore kinda did a bad thing and IDK if he's receiving a ton lf backlash lr nlt but I'm not gonna find out.



Okay so basically what MisterManticore did is (TW mentions of emotional abuse)
he was in a relationship with this individual who he emotionally abused. The thing is, Manticore's dad died LITERALLY last year. May 2021. I guess that, combined with stress from being a YouTuber, caused him to do some bad stuff.

Now, I don't condone what he did, but I found it easy to forgive him. He did something terrible, yes, but he had a ton going on and wasn't recieving the correct help. Luckily he and the other person are in therapy now. And hey, at the very least, he confessed to it.

Anyway, I do like Boisvert! I watched MatPat's theory video on it and I can relate to it personally.
I'm just eternally waiting for Remy to upload a new GHE video. I mean yeah, he was working on a new side project (Morley Grove) but then he disappeared for a bit, (which I'm like 99% sure is because he was helping Alex Kister with the CGI for Mandela Catalogue volume 4, which would definitely have taken a chunk out of his schedule so I don't think he'll be uploading until next year sometime)

I've watched Local58, Mandela Catalogue, Gemini Home Entertainment, Monument Mythos, and Kane Pixels Backrooms series.

I've also watched a few small one off series, namely Blue Channel Thalasin and Tapes from the Darkside.
