Also thanks for reminding me I should update the clan bio a bit, that "recently" is there since March or April 2021, while it doesn't mean I don't like their music, it is not *that* recent anymore >_>

When I wrote that post, completely forgot that "other user changed UN" could be a thing as well - it was also written before the other post was posted - and assumed two most likely options: accidental subscription or forgetting about being on pinglist (like for example after returning from hiatus) ^^

Unfortunately, tying pronouns to specific genders is a thing in some languages, like in some Germanic and Slavic languages, it's a mess but it's so ingrained in the language that you can basically say "on (he) je lijepa patka (duck, feminine)" (he is a beautiful duck)

Oh no I know that very well, I'm not tying pronouns to a specific gender, I was more tying pronouns to A gender. Aka, just someone having pronouns? Then they have a gender. But I realised that you don't need that just to be referred to as someone so it all clicked after that.
