If I bought a cheap, adult dragon from you, chances are, they will be going to serve the Plaguebringer rather sooner than later. You can ask to buy them back for what I paid for them if you're quick enough!
As for my own dragons' offspring, I usually do not sell them. If you're interested in one of the dragons in my "Nursery"-tab and think you can make a good case, feel free to make an offer and tell me why they would be better off with you - if they are a dragon I was planning to exalt anyway, I might be persuaded to let them go to a loving, permanent home instead.
