We await the Tidefather's return.

Stretching from a secluded corner of the Fishspine Reef up through the underwater cliffs into the silty soil bordering the Driftwood Drag sits a tight-knit settlement of dragons dealing with the emotional and spiritual fallout of suddenly losing contact with their deity. From those who yearn for comfort to dragons willing to spend lifetimes searching for the Water God, all are welcome within the Refuge.
