Hello! My name is Ember (they/them) and I'm a biology lover! I hope to make some friends here in nature :> All dragon art on bios are done by me!

I am an exalting lair, but I do not exalt dragons from fodder/exalt rescues that I've adopted! ^^

Welcome to the Canopy Gardeners clan, a place within the Gladeveins dedicated to the conservation, study, and appreciation of all things you can find in the forests! Many of our dragons have special interests in insect collecting, birdwatching, animal studies, plant preservation, and more! Any dragons welcome to help join our cause and conserve the incredible life out there is welcome to stop by anytime. :>

Eirwyn first founded this clan as a place for him to find some peace and quiet amongst the louder, war-ridden parts of Sornieth. Some dragons were never meant to be great fighters, and Eirwyn was one of them. He wanted to great a little haven to appreciate the world around him, and thus his purpose of conserving the world around him before it was possibly torn to pieces from conflict was born.

At first it was only him in his own endeavors, but soon more and more dragons showed up that believed in his philosophy, and wanted to lend a helping hand in creating a sanctuary in the gardens. Sharra, despite being a veteran of war, was more than happy to ensure Eirwyn and his people would be safe, and have a place to rest and prepare to protect this little safe haven. Many more dragons arrived shortly after, some with a passion to study and conserve insects, animals, plants, and much more, and some that helped develop the clan into almost a little village with their roles.

What was once a small clan has grown into something much larger, and although it can shock and concern Eirwyn sometimes, what with needing to know how to help lead it, his fellow dragonfolk are always there for each other and are truly the ones that keep the clan alive.
