The Clan of Opovder

Opovder started out as a small camp on the outskirts of the Scarred Wastelands, and eventually grew to be a massive metropolis near the Hellwell Undercroft. The first twelve members, known as the Founders, are the rulers of Ovpovder. They live in a massive castle that is built halfway submerged in the earth, where they deal with any issues that arise within the two districts.

The Overcity

The Overcity is a sprawling mass of towers that reach the sky. Most markets are here, and set up on the almost unused streets. Large walls surround the city, and towers are always being added on to. All dragons here are used to flying all day and partying all night. Despite this tiring lifestyle, the dragons here are happy.

The Undercity

The Undercity is a system of tunnels underneath the city above. The dragons that reside here live a much more relaxed life than their upstairs neighbors. Most dragons here work to supply the Overcity with their "party supply", or work in the Nesting Grounds caring for hatchlings. Some Overdwellers considered them "slaves we pay too much", but were shunned and banned from Undercity goods.
