If you were to go deep into the Cloudscrape Crags, you'd eventually find a small hidden entrance to the Moonlight Valley. Hidden away behind a large mountain range and a ring of clouds and mist that never seems to dissipate, the Valley has become the home of many different dragons from all over Sornieth. For how small it would seem on the map, once entered, the Valley seems nearly endless; every dragon can find their perfect spot to set up their own little habitat.
The Moonlight Valley is being ruled by the High Council, a group of high ranking magic users, their guards and even a small amount of lesser deities, making sure the inhabitants of the Valley are safe and sound.
And staying away from the Bile Pit.
