Deep in the bayous beyond the Starwood Strand… the roots of ancient cypress trees creep into still waters; dark fingers in an oilslick of moolight. Unseen creatures croak wetly from mossy pools, their slick bodies hidden by a shroud of gloom even as they bask in the eerie glow of marshwisp mushrooms. Above, a lair has been built into the hollows of the canopy, each cozy nook guarded by an assortment of floating lanterns…
