Xerrick and Reflection have started a new division of the Clan; The Estuary. Many dragons have already joined and are enamored with the expansion, while others turn their heads and talk about the olden days before they had so many divisions.

~ RANKS ~

Representatives - These dragons represent each part of the lair. It is usually held by a dragon and their mate (sometimes siblings; see Xerrick and Reflection), but sometimes a dragon can rule it alone if they are single, switch between mates, or their mate has refused the position.
Each representative works with the others to protect the whole of the clan and the Protective Willow itself.

Beta - The beta acts as a second-in-command to their respective part of the lair, and are chosen by the representative. They usually specialize in the field work aspect and reporting back to the representative on progress with certain projects.

Nurses - Nurses are highly ranked officials who take care of children within the Protective Willow and speak for them: essentially representatives who take on nanny duty.

Scouts - Scouts are a core part of how the Weeping Canopy works, doubling as scouts & spies, they roam the hard-to-navigate land with an eye peeled for anything. They often switch for night shifts.

Chasers - Chasers are a rank both in the Dark Floor and Sunlit Clearing, who often team up with ambushers of the other side to hunt food.

Ambushers - Ambushers are in both the Dark Floor and the Sunlit Clearing, often teaming up with Chasers of the other side to hunt for food.

Anglers - Anglers fish and swim in The Estuary for exclusively fish, but have also been taught how to catch insects for both bait and food.

Lulls - Lulls work solely in the Dark Floor, carefully working to mimic calls of many creatures so that they can lure the creatures towards themselves for hunting.

Scavengers - Scavengers work mainly in the Sunlit Clearing, scrounging up small prey, odd trinkets, and any interesting item they find and delivering it to the clan. They often only need to wander the lair to find what is needed, but some are given the privilege to wander outside the lair in packs.
