Asterism: A star-like concentration of reflected light in a cachobon stone, and also a collection or pattern of stars that aren't a formal constellation, from Asteria, the Greek Titan goddess of nocturnal oracles and falling stars.
Name is an homage to the clan's history: begun in Arcane (asterism-as-star), moved to Earth (asterism-as-stone), and then to Shadow ("obscured", and Asteria's domain of nocturnal oracles).
Formerly Clan Rockspeaker.
In Earth, their purpose was diplomacy, trying to ease the Earthshaker's sadness by binding the flights closer together with interpersonal ties and soothing interflight conflicts. Their purpose became broader and more urgent as the Beastclans arose, and they also became somewhat cynical about the feasibility of uniting the Flights.
They moved to Shadow, both as it was a better fit for their shifting attitudes and philosophies as a clan, and took the name Clan of the Obscured Asterism. They began working to develop diplomatic relations with the Beastclans as well as the other Flights, and also perhaps have started using more devious tactics...

I'm going to buy your adult dragons up until a certain price for Dominance push, if you don't want them exalted you tell me asap and you can have them back (I assume it's not an issue as they're plentiful so easy to breed again).
