located a little east, and just north of the Tourmaline Archives, the Dreamstone Accord makes their home on the banks of the water and hollowed out crystal caves.

Originally founded as the Misty Stream Accord in the Water Flight, the clan made a move to the Starfall Isles as their population grew and became more magically-inclined.
