Patience, and being pretty mostly. That's what I do. The prettier I think they are the higher I go. They usually sell well and it's mostly just guess work based on how pretty you think they are. I don't ever go fodder prices or near it.

You should look into the market and learn the prices if you're unhappy about the prices you're listing at. List them high, offer to let people haggle so they know you're open to negotiations. They take much longer to sell, however.
