When one travels towards The Sea of a Thousand Currents, you can happen across the Tsunami Flats. Filled to the brim with tidal pools and partially submerged caves, one of the many oceanic clans inhabit a particularly large cavern that faces out towards the open waters. The Sanctuary of the Sea is what this band of dragons call themselves, taking in any who wish to align themselves to the waves and sea. They bask in the protection of their wondrous Tidelord, and prosper. Although this clan is aligned with water, many of the dragons that live within have come from many different backgrounds. All are accepted, though.
The Sanctuary of the Sea would never turn away a dragon who wishes to become closer with the waves.
