Like many Clans within the lands, those who call the ranks of Born of Stars, or Starborns for short, home are known for their mystery, quiet, and creative natures. Also like other Clans, they are kept together by a Matriarch. In this Clan, the birth and “election” of a Matriarch comes from the legend that the Starborns’ first Matriarch was born from stardust and magic. As the role is passed, the belief is that this magic seeks out females with promising traits and leadership skills. For a male to be chosen by the current leader means that the former leaders and the Magic itself sees a strong potential in him, just as it does with females.

Born of Stars dragons usually keep themselves out of politics and are very withdrawn from other Clans that they have not formed an alliance or close friendship with. They appreciate having privacy and quiet in their lives, and they do not tolerate squabbles breaking out on their territory, and will likely induce heavy injuries on any who bring wars and battles into their land.

Dragons in this Clan are nocturnal. They draw most of their power from the completely different life that awakens at night, and they’re more adapted to living in the darkness. Night also allows these dragons to study the stars and keep notes on different star formations and planets, and they always share valuable information on the skies if anyone asks.
