The Seipei Clan was started by Rosie and Nexus, but now is taken care of by just Rosie. Since her first kin and mate have left her Rosie has taken it into her heart to let as many outsiders in as possible. Although this could be taken as the ideals of a lonely mother with empty nest syndrome many dragons have come to join The Seipei Clan, also known as The Heart Beat Clan. All are welcomed and all are cherished here no matter how long or short lived their stay may be.
