Clan of Glistening Snow

How we started:

Zera travled in hope to start a clan. She had tried many timed but failed. Bones aching, she stepped into Ice territory. Yes, she thought, this is where I will make my clan. Weeks grew into months and the mirror lost hope. For days, she crouched in a little dip in the snow. What are my parents going to say? She often thought. Zera came from a strict line of mirrors, most of them, once old enough, would start their own clan.

A blizzard raged. Zera crawled into a small, cramped, cave. Another mirror from Zera's family's enemy clan seemed to have the same idea as she did.
Glynnis, the other mirror's story, had been like Zera's. But, he had an idea. They would build the clan together, he had said. Again, Zera wondered what her family would say. The decision has not been easy, but after much debating, Zera finally agreed. The Clan of Glistening Snow was born.

Winter, their first dragon arrived. The two mirrors began to have hope. They hadn't realized how much they needed a calm, wise fae. Then they realized that another clan lived not far. This wasn't a bad thing though because Violet, a young coatl joined the clan out of curiosity. The clan keeps growing every day and we were doing the best we could to survive in the frigid floes... until we moved to the Snowsquall Tundra. That was the home of another clan that moved to the Cloudscape Crags. The prey had returned to the forest, better than ever. Our clan is a survivor.

The winter has not been easy, especially for Zera. She had to cope with her mate, Glynnis dying along with their two daughters. Food was scarce.

Now though, the clan is blossoming with many new dragons. We have a medic, Idris. We have our sorcerer, Evening, Our War Chief, Night, and our Hunting Chief, Tide. We are still growing and hope to reach higher heights together.

How we got our Peacekeeper:

Violet and Shadow were absolutely thrilled when they learned that Violet laid a litter of three eggs. Evening was sent a message. Their hatchlings, if they survived, would become peacekeepers. The neighboring clans all had peacekeepers and often teased the Clan of Glistening Snow about not having them. The thought of their dragonets dying frightened the young couple even more.

The day came. That night, a harsh blizzard swirled at the heart of the clan. And the eggs were hatching. A tiny, maroon and black dragonet was curious, like her mother. She was swept away by the storm. Violet and Shadow were devastated. Another egg splintered open. A reddish-purple and black head poked out. He looked exactly like his sister. Jasper, they named him. And finally, the last one was born. A stunning, purple female, Magic.

The two became peacekeepers as Evening promised. Jasper grew up to be compassionate and funny. He always brightened spirt after spirit. Magic was quiet and calm, and could calm everyone easily. Until that dreadful day. Jasper was killed. Nobody knows how but many believe he drowned in the harsh conditions of the Frigid Floes. Magic is still here. However, without Jasper, it is not the same.
Magic mysteriously died a short while ago. Isla is being trained to take her place.

BREEDING POLICY:

if you would like to breed with one of my dragons, just send me a pm of the one you would like to breed with. i may already have breeding plans. after that, send the dragon to me on crossroads and i will breed them in my nests. the price will range from $10000 to $15000 depending on the dragon. (this is about right considering a decent priced dragon is $5000)
