WELCOME
The Clan had always had a Lair here.
It was quiet and safe for the hatchlings but close enough to the border that they saw plenty of travelers. The hunting was plentiful and Varied. The Warriors kept their Skills sharp with the occasional foray into Tangled wood.
As hatchlings grew they left to find their own place in the world and the occasional traveler would stop and stay. There was always room for visitors and their tales of far off places were welcome around the evening fires.
So clan life went and it IS good.
The core of the clan maintained the territory and watched the crossroads for travelers, welcoming them into the lair and providing them with a place to rest. Several of the young of the clan had struck out on their own in search of adventure led by the Clan Leader’s oldest son. There was a group of Snappers that called the territory home and often stopped by the home lair as they walked thier paths. Occasionaly one would linger only to move on at some later time. The Herd was an odd bunch, mainly snappers with a couple of extras to accompany them as they meandered across the country side. And always there were the visitors who stayed a night or a week as their heart led them.
