Tartarus
Tartarus was inherited by Pandora after the previous Queen fell. The Clan was still new as Pandora came to power, and so most consider her the Founder. She, with much help from Ares, began organising the clan into factions. It wasn't too long before she needed to find specific types of dragons for specific jobs and eventually after sourcing those, she had a solid following.
Though various trade routes have been established to and from Tartarus, Pandora herself has only ever left her territory on official business. She rarely makes an appearance to anyone, so Ares is the front man for the clan, followed closely by Erebus.
