Officially named Mort Frigore(Cold Death), it is generally a clan of unlimited potential. Best way to describe it is as a sort of organized chaos. It is modeled after the French and Chinese Monarchs structure-wise and as the ancient Danes and Scandinavians (Vikings) culture-wise(With a touch of Haiti and Africa). Consequently, this unique mix makes it the perfect breeding ground for the lore I have in mind but have yet to write.

Basically, Mort Frigore has a ruling family, which are generally displayed on the first page. Power is determined by strength and heritage, and a leader is only overthrown if he is killed. (So, the "heirs" to the thrown, meaning the Alpha pair's children, battle each other and their parents for the throne.) If an unrelated dragon overthrows the leader, they take on that leader's mate.
The clan has seen three rebellions so far, and all fairly tragic. Originally, Mort Frigore served the Arcanist under the leadership of a the original clan mother, Lucrezia (who now struggles to survive on the outskirts of the clan's territory). She is then overthrown by her own adopted son, Lucifer. During his rule he promotes serious social reform and begins to expand the clan into a small society. However, rebellion ensued under the leadership of a bitter Mirror, Lokki.
He murders all of Lucifer's family and followers (save for the few that had left the clan beforehand) and banishes Lucifer. He then migrates the surviving members to the Wandering Contagion and completely transforms the clan's culture. Lucrezia is shunned, and sent to live on the outskirts of camp, and a former servant of Lucifer (ultimately the one that betrayed him, which is why is life was spared)became the diplomat of Mort Frigore, handling all foreign interactions.
However, Lokki's own brother, Flokki, deemed him too much of a brute to rule, and took his life and mate before long.
After the extermination of Lokki's supporters, Flokki molds the clan to fit with the modern age, reforming it completely and making sure to keep family close at hand (and under his watchful eye). Servants and advisors are encouraged to have families of their own, but rarely do they stay within the clan, or survive the harsh conditions of the wastes. He will often lead raids about the Wandering Contagion, and pillaging is typically a bonding activity amongst clan members. The clan reveres the Plague Bringer as a matron Goddess, and will often sacrifice a dragon or two in her name for favor.
