A bunch of dragons led by an extremely dysfunctional Fae couple whose main goal seems to be to just outperform every other clan surrounding them. What started out as a misfit but familiar bunch of Arcane dragons soon turned into a borderline dictatorship after Titania and Oberon up and killed the original leaders and forcefully took over. hi is partly named after star wars steelpeckers, but partly his name is because he looks like one of the big birdlike 'bots in horizon zero dawn which i dont know the name of.
