on the high sierras that bridge the gap between the highland scrub and the hewn city, a desert lays untouched by war. the faces of the cliffs and foothills are violent, jagged things, barely navigable save for the thin trails that zig-zag their way through. the bristlecone pines stand as they did thousands of years before, the hooved, feathered, and furred live in peace, and the storm clouds are as beautiful as the sunshine.

here lies the dodecathedral.

a steeple of copper and gold juts out among the peaks, the building massive and almost grandiose. the intricately carved stone and high pillars look near good as new, though the telltale patina of the copper shows its many years of wear. further sections of the temple have been formed into the ancient mesa, bearing the trademark of many a ridgeback's work.

the town nearby is incongruous in comparison. wind-worn housings have been shaped into the mountainside, blending into the natural landscape; a short row of wooden buildings lay in the open air. dragons and beastclan alike have found a place in the ridges and canyons that make up the land, and work alongside one another to further preserve it.

Ohh thank you so much! He's definitely one of my favorites at the moment, I bought him from a mini mass hatch and after scrying him once decided he could be something really special. It's nice to see people like the way he looks!
