The clan was started by Raigeki and his brother Lelantos. They were run out of their old clan due to a crime Lelantos had commited. They travelled on their own for a while, until they ran into another outlaw. The three banded together to share their resources, thinking it was temporary. Eventually they ran into another loner, and another, and another. They made a 'temporary' shelter, which started as a simple cave in the side of a mesa, and evolved into an elaborate cave system using the mesa as a base. From the outside, it now looks like a simple mesa with a large metallic conductor on the top, but inside there are many rooms with elaborate architexture and furniture. The clan tends to make its own technology, as the main engineers and scientists are proud dragons who rarely want to use something created by another dragon, even if it's better than their own. The clan grows as more loners and outlaws are taken in, but not any lone dragon is accepted. Only those approved by the leader and the high officers will be able to join, but lucky for the loner dragons, Raigeki has a hard shell but a warm heart.

Staying true to ridgeback nature, Raigeki prefers to 'borrow' resources, in a sense. While he is not opposed to taking what's not his, he doesn't want to get his whole clan in trouble, so he usually pays or barters for the resources they take. The resources come from underground caves branching around to other territories, which include ore from Fire and fresh water from Light. There are also routes to good hunting and fishing grounds in other territories.
