Gem purchases are available again, but please be advised that there may be delays lasting over an hour before you receive your gems. Additionally, gem purchases made the 11th and 12th are slowly being delivered. We are still closely monitoring the situation. More info here.

We have disabled gem purchases as we are noticing a sudden increase in delayed gem deliveries. We are monitoring closely to see if this is the same issue reoccurring or a temporary delay.

We have tentatively re-enabled gem sales and will be closely monitoring them. Gem sales may be turned off without warning if problems reoccur. PayPal is aware of players currently affected by pending gem sales and is actively working to resolve the situation. More info here.

Due to ongoing Paypal service and reporting interruptions disrupting gem deliveries, we have temporarily disabled gem purchases. We will re-enable gem purchases as soon as the interruptions resolve.

Paypal is currently experiencing intermittent interruptions. Purchases made as of June 11th may experience delayed payment receipts and delayed delivery of Flight Rising gems. In most cases, your purchase went through the first time, but needs additional time to process. If it has been more than 24 hours, please send our Support team a message through Contact Us.
