Personality: She is a quiet girl, with a love of nature and wading in the ocean. She could spend hours wandering in the woods, sketching how the sunlight might hit a certain log, or a fawn and it's mother drinking by the stream. Maro loves the feeling of dirt or sand between her toes and only wears shoes in town. While most think that is all she is, and while that is mostly true, to close friends she becomes rather talkative.
Backstory: She speaks little of her childhood, but from what most gather her father wasn't around and she grew close to her mother. Some claim that every now and then they see her talking to a woman with similar features as she. When asked about such matters she denies it. All most know is she arrived here as a teen, and set up shop, the bottom level of her house a store, and the top her living space. She is skilled at making fishing rods, and many come to her for such needs. Her income is mainly from rods and any fish she may reel in herself.
Appearance: Her skin is tanned by days in the sun, and her mousy brown hair is always a mess, tangled by wind and sea. Her eyes are a soft green, like that of the insides of a lime. On a typical day one can usually find her dressed in a white blouse and a simple skirt, although on rare occasions she may put on her only Sunday dress, which is fashioned out of a pale blue fabric. She is almost always has her necklace that her mother gave her, a piece of glass on a twine rope.
Anything Else To Note: She has a fondness for birds, even going so far as to tattoo one on her wrist. She has a faint, but noticeable scar running from her ankle to the top of her leg. The origin of the wound is unknown. She enjoys reading, and has a small collection of books in her bedroom. Pictures of her own creation cover the walls of her living area.

Personality: Olive likes to be alone most of the time as she is rather introverted and loves spending time by herself. She likes the quieter things in life; like the streets on a rainy night, only illuminated by the street lights or the running creeks in the woods. On the odd occasion that she does socialize she tends to be quite loud and energetic and most of the time uses her hands to gesture whilst she speaks.
Backstory: Olive recently moved to the sea-side town, being a new person in a unknown town is quite daunting. She left her family behind as she wanted to be independent from them and be free from her past and start anew. Her main line of work is painting, but it doesn't always pay the bills so she tends to offer her services to those who need an extra hand here and there.
Appearance: Olive has a fair complexion and light freckles pepper her cheeks and nose, her eyes are a dark brown and her straight black hair reaches to the middle of her back and she has bangs that just cover eyes. She tends to wear dark blue or black jeans along with a white blouse which is usually hidden underneath an oversized sweater or hoodie. The only jewellery she tends to wear are the piercings in her ears. She has 5 in the left and 3 in the right.
Anything Else To Note: She likes to take nightly walks throughout the town, to learn it's paths and to enjoy the tranquility of the deserted streets.

Name: Mordecai Folly

Personality: Mordecai’s generally a pretty calm and easy-going fellow. If something gets under his skin, he’s very good at hiding it. He’s sarcastic and jokes around with people often but he’s very careful not to take it too far. He can be serious when it's required of him, and he’ll listen to what someone has to say with genuine interest. He’s not quite antisocial, but he does have a difficult time trusting people and forming relationships. Any bond he’s able to make with someone is deeply cherished though, and he never forgets a favor.
Backstory: He has lived in this seaside town all his life. He has only a few memories of his mother, who died from illness when he was very young. His father, a skilled huntsman and butcher, currently owns a shop down by the docks. Mordecai and his older brother grew up learning how to hunt and fish, and they would often take trips out to the woods together. It was during one of these trips that Mordecai was attacked by a black bear, after they accidentally came too close to her cubs. His lesser injuries have long since healed, but he suffered a nasty slash to his face and permanently lost the vision in his left eye. His brother took up sailing and is often gone on long trips overseas, while Mordecai still hunts and helps supply his father’s shop. He also sells extra materials from his hunts to the other shops around town. He currently rents a room above the local tavern and will occasionally clean and wait tables if they are short on staff.
Appearance: Mordecai stands at about 5’6” with a slim but sturdy build and a slight slouch in his posture. His auburn hair falls in choppy layers just past his ears, and his eyes are an icey grey. A black cloth eyepatch covers up his left eye and the worst of four deep scars along the left side of his face. He typically wears a dark brown jacket over a maroon button-up shirt, black pants, brown leather gloves, and dark brown lace-up boots. He can also be seen carrying a crossbow and a leather satchel full of various equipment when he’s heading out or returning from a hunt.
Anything Else To Note:
- He is absolutely terrified of bears. Seeing simply a photograph or a stuffed one is enough to put him on edge.
- He gets very flustered if approached from his blind side, so he often carries a small pocket mirror in his right hand when out in public.

Name: Cooper Twain

Personality: Cooper is a peaceful man, very difficult to get angry. He whistands pretty much every topic people can come with and doesn't keep grudges. He likes to hear out other's opinions as he finds them interesting, and is always here to give a helpful hand to anyone asking for it. Deep inside, his light comes from his wife, Anna.
Backstory: As a young adult, he recently got married to his dear love. He works as a carpenter in the town and enjoys it pretty much. He lost his mum when he was 15, who died due to an uncurable decease. His dad followed 4 years later, in a mysterious boat accident. Both death impacted him a lot, and left him in a trauma state of one year for each loss. He lives in the town since he's a baby and decided to never leave it, because of the many memories he has there, filled with sadness but also happiness.
Appearance: Cooper is a very tall man of 6'7". He has rather long and smooth black hair stopping to his neck. He generally ties them at work or whenever he goes outside in town. His eyes are navy blue, going well along with the color of the sea. His skin is tanned, due to spending most of his time working outside, under the sun.
Anything Else To Note:
One thing he enjoys the most is the sunset over the sea.
Even tho he's a good swimmer, he fears deep sea because of what happened to his father.

Personality: Cloud is a very emotional and childish person. She loves the open air, the sky, the earth, the water, the people, the animals, the outer space, the moon, the grass, everything. She's always open minded and curious. She's sweet, kind, loving, and embracing to everyone. Though, that makes her downfall her easy trust and her child-like nature makes her vulnerable. While she obtains information from everything and takes in the world, she's quite stupid and ignorant when it comes to common sense.
Backstory: Her parent's were too poor to take her anywhere, she barely had any books or any way to understand anything outside of her cramped town-house. She took every moment she could to go out to the unkempt lawn and just frolic around, making friends with bugs and taking in the open sky. The moment she turned eighteen, she left her parents and joined a program that helped her explore the world, her only dream. As she traveled, she picked up jobs here and there to send money back to her parents.
Appearance: She has a bobbed hair cut dyed pure white. Despite always being outside, she's managed to keep an only slightly tanned complexion that just stays natural with her. Cloud's eyes are milky green and she has freckles dotting her face. She loves to wear soft thin dresses and almost never has shoes on unless very necessary.

Anything Else To Note: Her last name means "in the sky", so her name means "Cloud In The Sky".
Her parents named her Cloud because when she was a baby she would always stop crying when she looked out the window into the sky.
She has a small butterfly tattoo on her collarbone.
