She has a bad habit of overthinking and taring herself down if she isn't doing good enough, and sometimes needs another cat to pull her out of her whirlwind of thoughts. On a lighter note, Nightsight has a tendency to daydream, and she tells wonderful stories. (Some joke that she'll make a great Elder, because of this.) Normally, Nightsight is rather cheerful and upbeat, becoming easily excited about herbs and learning new knowledge, but she can have her down times. These often crash in when her thoughts are running wild. She tries her best to always present herself as a generally happy feline, and only breaks when in the safety of those she strongly trusts, or completely alone. She's not [i]too[/i] talkative, preferring to listen and only speak here and there, mostly. But when she is in the mood to talk, Nightsight wants to make sure that the conversation will be heard willingly. She doesn't like to talk others' ears off, and tries not to be too much of a chatterbox. She doesn't enjoy gossiping, even about cats from the other clans. When dealing with sick or injured cats, Nightsight becomes hyper focused on the task at paw, and won't rest until her patients are stable. There's been quite a few times that she's stayed up all night to watch over cats, rarely leaving their sides and doing her best to keep them calm. Doesn't matter where you're from, Nightsight will more then willingly care for you. [b]History.[/b] Born to a reckless young mother and a handsome tom, Nightkit's early life was fairly normal, aside from some cats whispering about mother. Mother always looked so... happy. Nightkit didn't understand why they were muttering about her... until mother drowned herself in the high tide. Everyone already knew how unstable Briarstorm was, but thought she was getting better. Nightkit and her brother were old enough to understand the tragedy, but no less shaken by it. But, Snakeface was determined to keep his kits safe, and became a very protective father. Nightkit was... surprisingly not very effected by her mother's death. She mourned for her, there's no question about that. But, she recovered quicker then the rest of her family. She had heard the Medicine Cats talking about MoonClan, on occasion, and how everyone, aside from Leaders, would be joined together in MoonClan. Nightkit found great comfort in this, and knew she would eventually see Briarstorm again. She enjoyed hanging around the Medicine Cat's den, peeking in whenever she got the chance, and watching the older cats work with herbs. She saw one of them sitting [i]perfectly still[/i] in the middle of camp one night, staring up at the moon. She asked them why, the following morning. The answer intrigued little Nightkit, and she became utterly fascinated with the profession. Upon turning six moons, Nightpaw was assigned to the Medicine Cats as their official apprentice. She studied and practiced as much as she could, reviling in all the knowledge she was soaking in. Snakeface was proud as could be for his daughter, and still is to this day. (The other elders are kind of sick of him raving about his [i]talented and wonderful Medicine Cat daughter.[/i]) Nightpaw graduated when she was twelve moons, and earned the name [i]"Nightsight,"[/i] for her observant nature. [b]|[/b] Don't ever ask her about herbs. You'll be stuck for hours as Nightsight lists off all the known herbs and their uses, as well as when she's had to use said herbs.
