There's a fae sitting behind a makeshift table with 5 shells flipped upside down. The undersides have an iridescent sheen, but all in different primary shades: blue, pink, white, yellow, and green.
The dragon flips over the shells when he sees you.
"Step right up - care for a game of chance? Or perhaps skill? Watch the pearl!"
He places it under the first shell and then moves them expertly around. You hesitate and point to the far right one. The fae picks the shell up to reveal the pearl!
"Look at you! Have you played this before? Care to make a wager on round 2?" His friendly banter lures you in, and you find yourself reaching for your treasure pouch.
"If you pick the right shell, you can double your money OR have the option of winning a prize out of this chest! There's some extra risk there, of course. You may win something fantastic, but be warned that there are some trinkets and other random knickknacks mixed in."
It's only 1,000 treasure to play, and honestly, what else do you have to do right now? Being stuck inside the snowglobe has gotten a bit boring now that the initial excitement wore off.
