Wood Ear Deer

This creature has little in common with its mammalian namesake. Wood ear deer are cultivated to protect dryads' secluded groves.
There is safety in numbers than there is being a singular dragon, and so there was the creation of clans. However, what if it was possible to go even further on the idea? What if multiple clans went under the same banner? A federation of great minds and prowess. Such a thing couldn't be possible and yet here they were, a strangeness in a world full of myth and legend.
Millennia was created out of the pure need for safety, exchanging knowledge and trading of goods. While each individual clan have their own special qualities, their ability to work together even with varying differences has made them quite known and formidable.

It is currently made up of three clans
They call themselves the Millennia Federation
The leaders of each clan are representatives and founders of the Federation
It was established after the Millennia Federation's creation that no clan would go to war without the permission of the other clans. Should one vote against it, war would not be done.
The federation was created with the hope that they would exchange knowledge amongst themselves and other clans, trade supplies that were needed and for the protection of future hatchlings.
Currently the Federation is not open into accepting more clans as there has been a current issue that needs to be tended too.
Mating of the different clans within the federation is promoted, but not often done.
