His mate, Callisto, is in the front row on the groom’s side, and a young skydancer is next to her - Lethe, Sozen’s new baby sister. The young dragoness has been touched by the Tidelord, her eyes are his primal sign, cresting waves kiss her cheeks. Before him, stand Sozen and Sif. Sozen looks elegant and wears his best attire; on his side, a polished trident, clearly a gift. He keeps a firm expression. The Lady Sif's dress is very similar to her usual fashion - dark and practical, with a feminine flair. The dusky rose thorn banner on her waist ripples in the morning's warm breeze. [center]Viking: Marriage is what brings us together today. That blessed arrangement ... That dream within a dream... I am honoured to bind my son with his mate - my son, who I am proud of, who honours me every day with his dedication to be a better man than he was the day before.[/center] Sozen nods to his father in gratitude, it's clear he is touched. Sif: I, Sif, daughter of Ragnar, take thee Sozen, to be my mate. Sozen: And I, Sozen, take you, Tetsui---[/center] Shock and awe rips through the audience, and the couple simply stares at each other for a long moment. [center]Sif: I'm sorry? Sozen: ... I said her name. Sif: You did. Sozen: I'm so sorry. I understand now. Your fate is with her.[/center] Sozen pauses for a moment, taking this in, before he bows deeply to his betrothed, and then takes flight. CUT SCENE. INTERIOR, TETSUI’S SUITE. Sozen knocks hastily on the door, and it open to reveal our poison-toxin nocturne, her specks and markings seem to move on their own. She looks at him, confused. [center]Tetsui: Aren’t you supposed to be marrying Sif?[/center] Sozen lunges forward and kisses her then, taking her aback, but only for a moment before she throws her arms around his neck and embraces him in return. CUT SCENE. EXTERIOR. BACK AT THE CASTLE GARDENS! The wedding has resumed??? [center]Viking: Do you, Sozen, take this lady to be your wedded wife? To have and to hold, to cherish and respect, to follow unto the ends of Sornieth, from this day forward? Sozen: I do.[/center] The camera pans back to reveal Tetsui dressed in ghost flame sashes and wearing a dark coral crown. To have and to hold, to cherish and respect, to follow unto the ends of Sornieth, from this day forward? Tetsui: With all my heart, I do. Viking: Then I proclaim you husband and wife, and send you off on fortune's tidings.[/center] Tetsui and Sozen embraced, and the crowd erupted. The camera pans along from the couple to find Sif, who stands alone but does not look either sad or defeated. Instead, she looks hopeful, and her gaze goes from the event out to the Sea of a Thousand Currents, and her ship waits for her. Rubix pops up in front of her, and Sif exclaims. [center]Sif: AH! Stop doing that. Rubix: What an unexpected turn of events! Wow, what a journey this has been, a treasure to accompany Sozen as he's grown to know parts of himself he had yet to explore, brought to light by the love of you ladies! ... and some guys, who's to judge! Love is love! I hope you've all enjoyed our adventure, and I ... I'm getting word from the producers that Sornieth's Bachelor has been renewed for another season! ... And... I'm hosting... Oh. They’ll make beautiful little babs together, and I think they’ll be content with one another for a long time. I was flabberghasted that Tetsui got to come back, but in retrospect, there’s no one Sozen would’ve been happier with. He genuinely loved her, right from [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2478720/2#post_34297257]episode two[/url]. I think they’ll be content together, going off on adventures across Sorneith, just as invested in archaeology digs as fights against the beastclans. I wish the happy couple the best of luck! A stunning length of silence follows, the mirror keeping a straight face for all of 20 seconds before she bursts into a giggle fit. The far off voice happens again. "I'm serious about this i swear! I just had to!" She shoots a glare off screen, probably whoever is the owner of the other voice. "Anyway I'm really interested to join the next event, all sorts of intriguing magical events happen over there, like Rubix appearing out of nowhere all the time and i heard a really sparkling tundra was gonna be the lead! I just have to see that in person!" In her excitement, she exhales a breath of ... is that blue flame? which unfortunately cuts the video feed. Phew. At least i tried. The video opens to a sleek black pearlcatcher fiddling with the camera. After a moment his claws are withdrawn and he sits in front of the camera with a nervous energy that hardly seems to match his intimidating physical appearance. Please forgive me, I’m not certain who watches these. Hello to the dragons who may be concerned, I suppose. “I have been following the journey of Sozen for quite some time now, and from the moment she graced the screen, my heart has belonged to the Lady Kaz. I would be very appreciative of the opportunity to meet her, and perhaps to bring her a fraction of the joy she has gifted to me.” He starts, clearly having remembered something. “My name is Zyere! I do not have much to offer to my fair Lady, save for my own heart, though that I have already given to her in full.” He pauses and considers his next words. “As a word of warning, I am afflicted with something of a curse, and I would understand if you did not wish for me to be around fair Kaz because of it. I do not know what happenes every new moon, as my memories of it are hazy and incomplete, though my clan mates say that it is terrifying. I do believe that will be all. I wish fair winds to you.” Zyere nods to the camera a bit stiffly and reaches forward to turn it off.
