TOPIC | Relaible Source of money daily?
I was wondering if any of you guys out there had a plan or reliable source of money, earned of course. What do you use to keep the money flowing. If I want to start a hatchery I need to expand my lair and buy another nest and I need a reliable source of money to do that. Any suggestions?

I make almost half my monthly income from coli grinding/exalting and almost half from Baldwin. Everything else is a combination of selling dragons (rarely), crim and bonding with familiars. Baldwin stuff gets hoarded until it's needed (festivals and new recipes) so it doesn't pay out as frequently but the profit margin is higher if you can wait for demand to rise.

Leveling Guides and Battlestone Guide for fighting.

I want to live in Theory. Everything works there.

Have you checked the Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in 5g?
@Nightwind

How exactly do you make money off Baldwin? I know several ways, but which do you use? I used to transmute apparel and familiars and then sell during festivals, but lately I've been focusing on xp.

@SarcasticLamps

I keep about a dozen lair spots open for babies which I buy for 4-6 gems and then sell for ~7kt once they're adults. Convert back to gems and I get a nice profit of 3-4 gems, per lair slot, every 2-3 days.

Uh, I'm obsessive. :)

I wake up and start chucking things to melt all day. The only time I make something in Baldwin is when I'm going to be away from internet access for more than 30 minutes. If it's going to be longer than 30 minutes I build up 20-30 of the various beakers and reductions used in longer recipes. When I head to bed, I tend to chuck in things that I either want myself or that are still selling well.

I'm online a lot so despite only making 1 bogsneak scroll and 1 each skink/spinner since the last two genes came out I'm 7k away from L20.

While sludge and slime have the best ratio for return on cost on a month to month basis, I try to keep up with the other transmutes so I'll have a supply of whatever is needed for the next set of recipes. By the time a festival rolls around I expect to have a stack each of everything green, grey slime and copper muck to sell plus 40 or so extra.

I sell nearly all my grey slime/copper muck on the first day of festivals.
Sell newbie-friendly transmutes after registration periods (as well as ingredients).
Sell transmutes whenever they get 3k or better than the cost of the material I reduced.
Sell beakers and reductions the first week a new recipe using them comes out as well as the items needed to make them.

Mostly, it comes down to timing. Sell things when there's demand and stack them up when the price drops.

I tend to melt things in Baldwin when I'm around and then brew things when I'm asleep or away.

Another tip I have for making money off of Baldwin; look at what you're able to brew, and see what it sells for on the Auction House. For example, things like Tomes almost always go for 50,000t and up, and the Mantles (I've found) range from 20,000t-40,000t. Genes and Bogsneak items are the fastest selling and most profitable, but if you're not high enough in levels for those, there's several pages worth of familiars and apparel to brew there that'll still sell for a decent amount.

@Madarakita

Yeah, that's what I assumed. I'm currently Level 16, and I'm transmuting trinkets so I can get the reduction so I can get the sulfur so I can get a Bogsneak scroll.
