Tips for Anxiety/Stress
- Breathing Exercises do lots of good
- Yoga is very helpful, but not for everyone
- Taking time to worry now helps you not to worry later
- Treat yourself: Eat some chocolate, drink some tea, buy yourself a little something if you have spare change.
- Prayer helps tons if you're religious
- Writing in a journal about whatever you feel may help you is a great coping strategy.
