Tips for Anxiety/Stress

May I add to the stress department? Physical workouts can help with feeling frustrated and restlessness. When feeling lonely and stressed hugs and cudling helps - even if its just plush toys or pillows (though having another human there is usually better).

@VermilionInk I've starred this thread, thank you. Although I'm on meds for my depression this thread may help me once in a while. This website offers many resources concering self-care and explaining what certain mental illnesses are, you should consider adding it, it offers support (but not therapy/counseling within the site) and even a self-care kit: https://www.blurtitout.org/

edit: I also find that those adult colouring books help calm me down too.
