So I've been grinding mindlessly in the Boreal Woods since the turkey was released, more with the hope of getting a yeti and wolf pelts than anything. But it got me thinking... what would come first... levelling dragons from 1-25 in the Boreal Woods... or the Yeti?
So that's what I'm going to do. Plague Princess, Shaushka, is my chosen 25.

She has decided to hunt herself a yeti. But she does like to multitask, and as a Plague Princess, she also feels the need to help her fellow dragons, including ones with weak constitutions, such as Eldigan, the clan's permanently ill chef:

For me it took several dragons to lv25 before I got a yeti >__> I wish you luck! Hopefully it won't take all that long for you!

A while ago during my yeti journey, I leveled quite a few dragons from 1 to 25 while hunting. This was back before the Boreal was bumped up in level - so the exp gains were even lower then. With that in mind, you can imagine how long it took. XD;

I saw two yeti in less than 10 turns. So its not super rare but it the familiar a very rare drop?

You can go a long time without seeing a yeti and then see two in a row, so it is pretty elusive. But the familiar is an even rarer drop v.v

You can go a long time without seeing a yeti and then see two in a row, so it is pretty elusive. But the familiar is an even rarer drop v.v

I did a similar thing! Except it was in the Mire; Can I get either Wartoad before my fodder hits level 17 (from lvl 1)? I couldn't believe that I didn't encounter a single one.
