Since there are no treasure marketplace bundles, when it came time for the Marketplace to add random stock to its sections, the only two bundles available were pretty much guaranteed to stock. We did it as an always-available stock tactic. At this time we have no plans of adding treasure marketplace bundles into circulation for anything but events.
