Besides that, something about his wings caught me. I love their shade of blue, and how well the facet goes with it. I absolutely love her look and colors, and how her wings resemble the patterns of clouds. She seems mysterious and dangerous at the same time. Besides, sunset time/dusk time is my favorite time of the day, and i can't just not be amazed by her whole look. I just love how his colors and genes make him look like a flower during spring. He has some clashing and uncommon color combos that most people might find too contrasting, but i think this is what makes him even more special and fitting to the flower theme. He has some bright, lovely colors. Browns and teal go very well together, and i'm personally a fan of poison gene. I don't know why, but he gives me the feels of water inside a cave, or the member of an ancient civilization. Maybe becaus eof his wing patterns and overall color scheme. Whatever it is, i love this boy to bits, he's gorgeous![/columns]

It might be cliché, but I can't ignore her. Everything about her screams "cool"! I clicked on her expecting her to have Ghost as a gene, but turns out she's only wearing a terribly spooky and cool skin. I usually don't like full body skins that much, but she's so beautiful with it, she's a nice exception. I like her outfit a lot, too. The very simple but always fun bloody bandages are a great fit, and the grasp is perfect for such a spooky gal. The art in her bio is amazing, too! She's clearly a very loved dragon, and she deserves it. Piebald, Paint and Smirch can look so lovely when used right, and Sacrifice is a very nice example of that. I love the markings Smirch creates on his head, it really helps create a few interesting patterns on the rest of his body, too. Him being a mirror is a great fit, it gives him a mischevious look. Looks like he's about to pounce on some unsuspecting victim, too! Spirals with special eyes are always hard to resist, but when they have some kind of orange colors on them and Python and Ghost? Jackpot. Mephysto is truly beautiful. I like the duller, darker colors of his body and wings, it really makes everything else more vibrant. Sunset Ghost is the perfect tertiary for him, it gives so much focus to his eyes. I like the mysterious, almost nostalgic vibe his apparel seem to evoke. I can picture him floating above your lair, his big empty eyes making his clanmates slightly uncomfortable. Since his accents is already a starry sky, the genes look so natural on him. And how great it is that his shiny eyes match the moon and stars of the accent? It looks like it was made just for him! Ultramarine Stained is such a nice combo, and it makes his colors looks amazing. Wine/Wine/Fire is a popular combo, and for good reasons. What a lovely mix of colors, and what a good use of genes. I like how vibrant his belly look, Capsule can truly be an amazing gene for bright colors like Fire. I should mention that I was going to pick Lilarcor instead, since I liked her primal eyes a lot, but I ended up coming back to Chaleur. Kaloa, who has the same genes and colors, was also a lovely candidate, but the spiral boy wins. I feel like the way Capsule is colored on him is simply the best, what a good looking snake. Giving him swirly eyes was also a good idea, as it gives him more personality. [ Next person, avoid Slide, Dawnmaze and Zaria please, they're not meant to be perma for very long. Otherwise, every dragon is fair game (except the "Ready to go" tab) ]

That soft orange glow works really well with the apparel you chose (like I think this is the best use of cat's apparel I've seen) and the starcon is so pretty. Her outfit looks just fantastic with her colours, and I really love the glimmer belly and how it gives another splash of colour to go with the other specks of blue in her apparel. Its not too overbearing of a colour change, and its in the perfect amount. And I think she looks really good as a noc. He's monstrous - but in a really good way! His genes fit perfectly with his accent - radioactive toxin really is the cherry on the radioactive lava cake; it really ties the entire thing together. With those hands reaching out like the souls of the damned setting the tone of his look. He's gloriously Plague - in the best way possible. 2. I simply couldn't get her out of my head. All the golden pieces really make the dragon in this case. Somehow, all the gold manages to draw out all the more subtle details of her design - the grinning maw, the shadowy cobwebs & cloak. She reminds me of a Bloodborne character: a monster guiding lost travelers back to her lair - so she can devour them. 3. In the end Ingot won, and that's purely because of her gorgeous use of hypnotic. Because the thing is: I don't like hypnotic. I've never owned a dragon with the gene, and perhaps never I will. But Ingot gives me hope (?) that one day I might bring a hypnotic perma into my lair. She's wonderfully creepy, in a very elegant way. The orange tone of her sec, instead of clashing horribly with all the reds, it brings something new and refreshing to her look. What a lady! 4. After all the (wonderful) reds and oranges, his colour theme was a breath of fresh air while still fitting your lair's Plague theme. Also, his prim is basic? I didn't even realize that at first! I was so impressed with the use of skink, but instead he's wearing a lovely belly accent, giving a clean slate of a prim to place ghost on, so nothing distracts from his tert. And what a tert! He's such an elegant prince, all dressed up for his coronation! I also really enjoy how it almost looks like the twilight rose set 'grows' out of his tert - gives him a very supernatural look. 5. When surrounded by so much blood and darkness, his natural vibrancy shines all the brighter. Usually, I wouldn't like crystal/facet - especially not together & in such bright colours - but it just works on him. The bright blue accent accent is a welcome splash of (different) colour and the gustgather lends him a ton of movement. He almost reminds me of an Egyptian harvest god - one presiding over the river Nile and its surrounding bountiful fields.

@Murakali Oh gosh, one look at your lair and I can see that they are all gorgeous!! The muted teal colors with the skin as well are really appealing to look at, it's a very smooth aesthetic! All these apparel pieces work so darn well, and I've never been a fan of Rosette, but it matches with the rest of him and give his wings a nice pattern in contrast to the rest of his relatively solid colors. I am a huge sucker for multi-head and multi-eye stuff(who is the genius out here making these skins??) and Cherrystem here is a joy to look at. The colors on him are really cute but are also kinda plague-ish that gives him a sort of rotting look, not sure if it's intentional but it certainly adds onto the creepy factor! I love the contrast between the shimmer and the white thorns, and the lace gene gives him a lot of really cool little details, especially along his neck! The crown is a nice touch as well, overall a stunning dragon!
