Normally neither blue dergs, nor skydancers is my thing, so I might be biased against him - but I do think you've but him together very well.
I love the unconventional apparel choice, with the white and the gold. The wingsilks match the overcoat and the tailrings so well, I'm very impressed and he overall has a very regal, dignified aura about him.
The thylacine is stunning on him. The darkness and contrast it brings into his look is very appealing to me - especially how the 'wing claws' peak up from behind his Cloudy Feathered Wings, its a stunning contrast.
As of now, he has no bio to comment on, but I could imagine him as a fancy sailor or captain (maybe a fancy pirate?? From some warm place with beautiful women and beautiful, cyan seas) If you ever write some lore for him, feel free to ping me and I'll comment on that too - plus, his look is interesting and I'd love to see where you wan to go with him!
For now I will say that I love his look and I applaud you on hwo well his familiar matches him. He also matches your vista great - again I get that pirate or sailor vibe :)
