Obsessed with the end of death, this lair appears to be full of dragons concerned with vanity and glamour, when in reality, they are zealously against all perceived 'imperfections' to the point of exile and cruelty.

What does die and rot away is carefully hidden away, crushed underneath lies and intrigue. Exaltation is an honor, but often a double-edged sword: a punishment for lacking beauty.

The Primal Council is a small group within this clan, a collection of leaders and teachers in tune with their own elemental abilities. Other dragons who have been touched by divinity flock to them, to better learn themselves and the deities who have chosen them. The clan welcomes all of such abilities, though Plague-touched will find no such teacher among the Council. Those who do come to study are affected by the social pressures and ideals of beauty as much as those who are not Divine.
