• Prices account for time spent drawing, the difficulty of the piece (see below), and paypal fees.

• to the complexity of the piece (Detailed armor, tattoos, jewelry, etc.), (By $1-$20)

• ^with that being said, art drawn by me cannot to be used in commercial use (unless otherwise discussed/stated)
  
• Commissions must be requested with the intention of keeping the character and all art drawn by me. (Must be explicitly stated)
  
• Exceptions: selling a character with their character art. All I ask is that you keep the art for at least 1 year, and that you inform the new owner that the particular piece(s) I've drawn for you cannot be used commercially. Please PM for questions about this particular policy if you have any :-) NEW
  
• There will be an estimation given upon receiving the form. The final price will be established once I finish the sketch (although it’s rare for it to go up from the estimation, this is a warning that it may happen)
• Please pay via my paypal.me (which I'll provide since any link i try linking doesn't work--though I can send an invoice if you’d like :D)
• Payment preferred after sketch, but if you're not comfortable with that I’m more than willing to be paid after I’ve finished commission! I'll send a preview so you know it's done :-)
• I always have the right to decline your commission (not just because I don't want to do it, because I might not be able to do it) but there's a very small chance of that happening, so no worries!

• If you don't have a visual reference for your character, I can work off descriptions/google images of what you are looking for! Just know the sketching process will be a bit longer and there will be a slight increase in price since I may have to revise the sketch multiple times :>
• I’m willing to do furry, anthro, and gijinka art, however I’m unable to do mecha, scalies, and avians.
• I’m also unable to add pets unless you are okay with a more stylized version of them

• Regular updates on art progress will be sent via PMs
• Finished commission will have a small watermark
• Don't be afraid to tell me if something needs changing! (This will not be charged as long as it’s not a major change like: changing hair color from pink to blue, long to short, or pose in the middle of the shading stage. This is subject to the artist.)

• Delivery of art will take either a few weeks up to 6 months, as I'm a student. HOWEVER, if you need a piece within a certain time frame please let me know ^^!
• Delivery of illustration will be done via email (from my email, unnocturnalbusiness@gmail.com) please send me your email address via PMs after payment to receive your art!

• I'm allowed to use the finished piece in my portfolio and upload it to my social media
