As for a price, it shouldn't be bone-breaking expensive, since the prices in this shop alone aren't too bad :') You can pm me any details on what you'd like and I can estimate a guess on a general price if you'd like!

Personality: this is the epitome of the 'kawaii >w<' gal despite her looks. she is over the top, cheerful, though loyal to her duty of being the boss of a gang. if you were around her in public you *will* cringe from her 'uguu~' moments. there is info of her backstory in her bio.
Details: i hope it's okay with you to add in her accent since it's a major part of her. i dont mind paying extra if i need to. it'd be nice if the general 'mood' of the piece is happy and cutesy. i'd also like for her to be smiling or grinning, either one if fine~
