After the items - (Black Iron Plates = 94kT, Infectionist's Crown = 22kT), the total comes to 134kT for a sketch bust. The example doesn't have color, but I might color it in a little for such a pretty dragon (and the old Fire apparel, that's such a cool piece!) How does that sound?
