Talyn is half harpy, half mermaid. ;u; black hair like this, dark skin, green eyes, dark green eyeliner, 26 years old in terms of appearance (bishie, sexy abs yes), doesn't like wearing clothes, wears lots of gold accessories and jewelry...he carries around a special glass bottle shaped like a leaf with special water, because he needs to be able to survive on land.
He has a rough raspy, sleepy voice, and he sleeps everywhere, any time, all the time. He's very strong, but is always tired due to his feathers getting in the way as he swims. he's a cranky beb.

his tail is turquoise, greens, and golds.
he has scars on his back, arms, one or two on his face and chest. they're old tho, not fresh scars.

He's rogue-ish, has quite a few scars on his body (I don't know the exact placement, so you can play around with that). He's got lean muscles, a slim face but a strong jaw. His apparel doesn't really have to be worked in to the drawing, but it can be if you like it! [b]Price[/b]: No idea? Haha. In your post, it says "Character designs based on dragons or text descriptions are an additional 700G (490kT)", but is that in addition to the 1500G price? Then it'd be 2200G, I'm guessing.
