Rules and Notes

Payment Policy:
If paying in FR currency, please send the full amount of payment as a PM once your form is accepted. I will not accept until your order is finished.
If paying via PayPal, please send half of the payment once your form is accepted and then half once I PM you saying it is finished. Once I have been paid the second half, I will give you your order.
You can pay all up front with PayPal if you prefer that way.
Also, if you're uncomfortable paying the full amount up front with FR currency, I understand and you can do half once accepted and half once finished.
You will be refunded completely if I don't finish your order (though I don't foresee that happening)

(*Note, apparel costs extra, we will have to discuss the price!)

Rose color: Stem black, petals the same color as eyes if that's alright
