6 maybe? Open to haggling. His accent looks simple enough, and although I don't really do apparel on the wildclaw base, but I don't care too much and the crown of bones is easy enough.

Is there any possible way I can get him done in the spiral base with all of his apparel and get the grass to be a wilting color?
If so any idea how much would I cost

Um... let's see. Half mask+wing&tail ribbons+headpiece... easy enough. The collar and the cards are a tad harder... but I think I might be able to do it. The cards wouldn't be very detailed though...
base & genes = 230kt + easy apparel 20kt+ hard apparel 25kt =
275kt
no promises for all the apparel but I could definitely give it a go!
