Beneath the lair in its undercroft where the hibernal den used to lie is a candlelit space with a large central meeting table, banners adorned with symbols of each flight, a large parchment scroll boasting the Credo of the Wounded on the far wall, and small statuettes representing each breed beneath their birth flight.

This is where the clan meets for council, led by the clan matriarch and patriarch, and the flight and breed representatives who speak on behalf of the clan's diverse residents.
