Greetings traveler, and welcome to ‘Urbs In Terris Coeli’, home to the Palace of the Ametsuchi Dynasty. The Ametsuchi Dynasty is ruled by those in a lineage of ancient and unique inheritance, a rare condition of the skin believed to be blessed upon the rulers by the gods. The condition is similar to vitiligo, but in beautiful shades of light orange and specks of black. The markings look similar to the patterns of Koi fish, and the people of ‘Urbs In Terris Coeli’ respect and admire their rulers.
